My work has always been in response to everyday life. It is my space of expression and celebration. My surrounding environment, people around me, the weather, the city, its character and its beauty everything becomes a subject to response and inspiration to paint.

I am interested in the infinity of the inner spiritual space and the ornamental/decorative and material beauty of the outer world. I weave these ideas of spiritual and the decorative onto canvas so that the unknown and the known aspects of life reinforce on another.
