Born in 1978, in west central India, Rupa grew up in a family that runs a business of whole and blended spices. Her family dining table always displayed bowls full of spices. The variations of red in the chilies and the yellow of the turmeric trained her eye. Making decisions about colors, flavors of spices was inherited. The Artist lives and work in USA and India.
